I need to be able to test my website via multiple regions. E.g.:

United Kingdom

What's a good app/VPN/service out there that will give me a dropdown box by which I can quickly and reliably change regions at will.

E.g. i need a box like this: https://i.imgur.com/7BPgiak.jpg

P.S. I'll give tips for good ideas.

You can use many paid/free vpns out there to test your website.
Free: Proton Vpn (limited Servers).
Paid: Nord Vpn, Express Vpn.
But if you only want test your website in multiple regions you can use dev tools in built geolocation overrider.
Step 1: Open Dev tools using Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
Step 2:Press Command+Shift+P (Mac) or Control+Shift+P (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS) to open the Command Menu.
Step 3:Type sensors, select Show Sensors, and press Enter. The Sensors tab opens up at the bottom of your DevTools window.
Step 4: From the Geolocation list select one of the preset cities, like Tokyo, or select Custom location to enter custom longitude and latitude coordinates

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. Thanks!

Thanks, I tried Nord and Proton and the Chrome method and Luminati. I was able to get Nord working kind of. The biggest problem is that the city that you click on in the Nord map is not always the city that's detected by the browser. Do you know why that is? Sometimes the country is very off.

I think it might be issue with the exact location of these servers in different region. Chrome doesn't always pick up the exact city location just from ip address but also checks for geolocation. But if your requirements are just to spoof a location then chrome method might give you fairly accurate results.
