You have missed the wrapper col-lg-12,

your code

<div class="row">
   <div class="card mt-2 p-1 border-0 jobBody" style="box-shadow: none;">
      ................
   </div>
</div>

to fix the issue,

<div class="row">
    <div class="col-lg-12 text-left p-0">  <!-- add this wrapper -->
      <div class="card mt-2 p-1 border-0 jobBody" style="box-shadow: none;">
         ................
      </div>
   </div>
</div>

You need that col-lg-12 wrapper because it has required css definitions for flex display.

.col-lg-12 {
    -webkit-box-flex: 0;
    -ms-flex: 0 0 100%;
    flex: 0 0 100%;
    max-width: 100%;
}
nailed it, Thank you..
